HOW DO ITERO INTRAORAL SCANNERS WORK AND WHAT ARE THEY USED FOR?
We’re pleased to use iTero Scanners to provide you with accurate and comfortable digital ‘impressions’ of your mouth, teeth and gums.
Using a handheld ‘wand’, one of our experienced dentists will scan each tooth individually to create a 3D digital impression of your mouth. Not only does this process eliminate the need for messy, traditional impressions, but it also provides a precise way to diagnose and plan treatments.
iTero Scanners are typically used to help create stunning smiles with Invisalign, but they can also be used for other treatments such as dental implants, crowns and bridges.
